Project Description: American Fork City is accepting sealed bids for the construction and modification of an existing
garage located at 163 S 300 W, American Fork, Utah. Professionally prepared construction plans
detailing the scope of work will be provided to interested contractors by American Fork City.
Project Scope
The project consists of reorienting the existing garage from a west-facing configuration to a
south-facing configuration. The existing garage footprint and site layout will remain unchanged.
The selected contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, and work necessary to
complete the project, including but not limited to:
 Demolition
 Wall framing
 Drywall installation
 Insulation
 Painting
 Electrical work
 Mechanical work
 Doors and garage doors
 Windows
 Any additional work required for project completion
All work shall comply with applicable building codes and regulations.
