The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following services:

Requirement Summary:

The VA Puget Sound Healthcare System – American Lake Campus requires garage door maintenance and repair services. The scope includes:

1. Full replacement of two commercial-grade roll-up garage doors including motors.


2. Maintenance and minor repair of four standard 10-foot garage doors (Building 20), including replacement of rollers and broken springs.


3. Tasks include removal, disposal, installation, and functional testing of all components.
