- Summary:Virginia Department of Energy endeavors to acquire services for removal and replacement of existing guttering and downspouts along the entire length of the back wall of the main garage building and along two sides of an auxiliary building adjacent to the garage facility. Guttering materials shall be of equal size and quality of existing guttering and downspouts to adequately convey rainwater from building roofs. Roof repairs will be needed for existing leak conditions.
