The work consists of utilizing contractors for the removal and disposal of one single vault comfort station, excavation for new vault toilet, bedding and backfill of new vault toilet, site improvements to existing walking surfaces from parking lot to restroom, demolition of post and rail fencing, demolition of single panel kiosk, installation of new post and rail fencing, installation of new single panel kiosk, and installation of bollards. All work needs to be completed by October 31, 2025.
The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, labor, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, equipment, and other items necessary to complete. The Contractor shall comply with this Statement of Work, attached specifications, and all Federal, State, and local laws and ordinances relating to the performance of this work. Contractor shall obtain and complete all necessary permits required by the State and Local government.
A schedule of work shall be submitted for approval. The magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000.

This notice is for the issuance of a blanket purchase agreement call request on Northwest Facilities Maintenance (FMAC) BPA.
THIS IS A REQUEST UNDER A PREVIOUSLY ISSUED BPA.
WE ARE NOT LOOKING TO ADD NEW CONTRACTORS TO THE BPA AT THIS TIME.
