This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested.
Statement of Requirement
The Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest has a need to purchase flooring materials for Forest wide housing improvements. Procurement, delivery and unloading of Luxury Vinyl Planking (LVP) flooring, vinyl transition strips, molding/trim as outlined in the SOW and project specification/salient characteristics. Approximate amount of flooring - 23,316 S.F
It will be contractors responsibility to unload any and all materials, no loading dock or forklift will be provided. Material to be placed inside ground level 40x8 storage container located at Skykomish Ranger Station.
Delivery Address: All items should be delivered to the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest (MBS)
