Description: The New York State Gaming Commission (the “Commission”), on behalf of the New York Gaming Facility Location Board (the “Board”), issues this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit proposals ) from bidders seeking the award of a Contract (or Contracts) to provide advisory services to the Board in relation to the selection of applicants to proceed for licensure consideration to develop and operate a gaming facility in New York State pursuant to Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law (“Racing Law”) Article 13, Title 2-A. The term Applicant referenced herein may include any Related Parties, as determined by the Board or Commission.
