Sealed bids will be received by the Engineering Department on behalf of the Board of Commissioners, Central Arkansas Water, 425 W. Capitol Avenue, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201, (8th Floor), until 10:00 A.M., May 6, 2025, for the follow¬ing:
2” GALVANIZED WATER MAIN REPLACEMENTS
NORTH LITTLE ROCK 2025 PHASE 1
INSTALLATION OF POTABLE WATER MAINS, APPROXIMATELY: 4,000 L.F. OF 6” D.I. AND 4,135 L.F. OF 3” PVC
CROSS DR., VOLLMAN LN., ELLA CT., SASSER CT., KANSAS AVE., TEXAS AVE.,
NEVADA DR., SHAMROCK DR., HARPER LN., LEE ST., GALWAY ST. AND
BAKER CIR. - NORTH LITTLE ROCK, AR
CENTRAL ARKANSAS WATER PROJECT NO. 5449 / JOB NO. 09095
Plans and specifications may be examined and obtained at the above office at no cost. Bidders must obtain an official set of contract documents, either hard copy or electronic, directly from Central Arkansas Water and be listed on the plan holders list for this project in order to insure receipt of bid addendums or project updates.
There will be a pre-bid conference on April 29, 2025, at 10:00 A.M., by way of teleconference or in person. Details of the pre-bid conference will be forwarded to all plan holders. All bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid.
The Commission reserves the right to waive formalities, reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid deemed to serve the best interest of Central Arkansas Water.
