The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is requesting quotes for the procurement of configurable waste containers to support our headquarters waste diversion initiatives.

PROCUREMENT OVERVIEW:

• Acquisition Type: Fixed-price purchase order under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures


• Dollar Threshold: $250,000.00


• Set-Aside: Small Business


• Requirement: 175 – 24-gallon cube configurable trash containers


• Usage: Open floor areas throughout CMS headquarters complex

AWARD CRITERIA: Award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest-priced, technically acceptable quotation. Purchase order award is anticipated within 14 business days following the RFQ response due date.

REQUIRED QUOTE INFORMATION: Your quotation must include:

1. Company name and complete address


2. Primary contact information (name, telephone, fax, email)


3. Business size classification (Small Disadvantaged, 8(a), Woman-Owned, etc.)


4. Unique Entity Identifier (UEI)


5. Tax Identification Number


6. Delivery timeframe (After Receipt of Order)

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) is mandatory for award eligibility


• Registration in the Invoice Processing Platform (www.ipp.gov) is required for payment processing
