BID CALL:

The Town of Normal will receive sealed proposals for the following:

Gallery Lobby Improvements

Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Gallery Lobby Improvements" with the time and date of the opening, which will be June 10, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall. Any questions regarding this bid will be addressed at a mandatorypre-bid conference to be held on May 29, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time at the project site. Town employees are otherwise prohibited from answering questions prior to the bid opening.

State statutes and local ordinance require the payment of prevailing wage by all contractors and subcontractors on this job. Bid Forms and Specifications may be obtained from the Town’s website, www.normalil.gov . The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures.  The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
