The Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School District (ENSATSD), the awarding authority, invites sealed bids from qualified Contractors for BID 2025-05 Gallant Hall Addition Phase 1 Foundation, contract documents prepared by Derby Square Architects, 10 Derby Square, Salem, MA 01970. The Project consists of but not limited to site work, reconfiguration of utility lines and a new foundation for a future addition to the building. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, General Building Construction, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates), payable to ENSATSD. Prevailing wages apply. Estimated cost of the project is $250,000. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 Section 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 Section 26 to 27H inclusive. This project is being electronically bid through www.biddocs.com. Hard copy bids will not be accepted. The bids are to be prepared and submitted at www.biddocs.com, where tutorials and instructions on how to complete the electronic bid documents are available. Bid Forms and Contract Documents may be viewed and downloaded electronically at no cost. Hard copies may be seen at Nashoba Blue, Inc., 433 Main Street, Hudson, MA.
