This is a Request for Quotes. The lowest fully responsive offer from a qualified small business will receive one firm-fixed price contract. All applicable commercial terms and conditions will apply.
Scope of Work
Purchase of 10,000 gallons of winter blend diesel (40% #1diesel and 60% #2 dyed off-road diesel, NO BIO-DIESEL).
Fuel delivery shall be smaller quantities of 2,000 to 4,000 gallons.
Delivery will have to be coordinated with the onsite supervisor, available at award
Fuel deliveries should start November 5th, 2025 and go for 6 weeks.
The USACE fuel barge will be manned and controlled by two Government employees during transfer.
Fuel will be transferred by straight truck with fuel nozzle type fill capabilities.
The transport trucks will be responsible for all transport truck activities and have the proper certifications to transfer fuel to a marine floating fuel barge.
Delivery location Information:
Fuel may be delivered anywhere, between the locations of between Lansing, IA and Reads Landing, MN.
Fuel delivery must be coordinated with on-site supervisor, available at award
Hours for Fueling Operation:
0700 – 1530: Monday – Thursday
Please quote the PER GALLON price for fuel. Due to system limitations, unit (per gallon prices) are limited to 2 places after the decimal point (e.g. $X.xx/gal is acceptable, $Y.yyy/gal is not acceptable).

Offerors must be fully registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) to be eligible for contract award. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses under NAICS 324110 with a size standard of 1,500 employees.
