Project Description: The project consists of remodeling of approximately 1.700 square feet of interior space to
create teaching kitchen stations along with additional community resource room space.
Work involves selective demolition of existing construction and new construction including
concrete slab cutting and patching, underground plumbing, light gauge metal walls with
gypsum board, flooring, casework, ACT ceilings, along with modifications to HVAC,
plumbing, fire suppression, electrical and low voltage systems.
