GA Terminal Parking Lot Mill And Overlay

NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

Notice is hereby given that the Director of Public Works of the City of Joplin, Missouri, will accept sealed bids for the following improvements in the City of Joplin, Missouri:

JOPLIN AIRPORT GA TERMINAL PARKING LOT MILL AND OVERLAY

This project will include milling and asphalt overlaying of a portion of the GA Terminal Parking Lot (approximately 11,259 Sq. Yards). This area does not include the entire current asphalt parking lot as the City will be removing a small section and making that area a reinforced grass area (not part of this bid). Part of this project also includes painting parking spaces, painting drive skip lines, required ADA signage, painting a Fire Lane, "No Parking" signage, "Overflow Parking" signage, and painting a crosswalk. Project plans and specifications are available on the bid posting at www.joplinmo.org\bids . Bids must be in the hands of said Director of Public Works before 10:00 a.m. on the 16th of June 2026. Bids will be opened in the 4th floor Engineering Conference Room at 10:00 a.m. on the 16th day of June 2026. A mandatory pre-bid will be held at 10:00 a.m. on June 2nd, 2026 in the 4 th floor conference room of City Hall.
