The Department of Veterans Affairs, Oklahoma City VA Health Care System (OKCVAHCS), is seeking information and sources capable of providing Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Substance Abuse Treatment and Addiction Recovery (STAR) services in a contractor operated community based residential facility located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Interested vendors must review the current draft PWS for a complete and detailed description of all required services. The PWS outlines full contractor responsibilities, program requirements, performance standards, staffing expectations, documentation procedures, and inspection criteria.
