The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, has a requirement for Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Medical Respite Contracted Emergency Residential Services (CERS) in Oahu, Hawaii for VA Pacific Islands Health Care System (VAPIHCS). in accordance with the performance work statement contained herein.
