Machine strip all tiled floors, taking care to get in corners, along edges and beneath furnishings. Rinse, reseal and refinish all tile floors.
Shampoo carpet using extraction method. Care shall be exercised so that baseboards, walls and furniture shall not be splashed, marred,
disfigured or damaged during these operations.
This is for both buildings which is a total of 22,166 sq ft.
Quote should be for two jobs (One per 6 months).
