Description
REQUEST FOR QUOTE 36C26225Q0773: This notice is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The RFQ identifier is 36C26225Q0773; and, the RFQ document, with instructions (36C26225Q0773.docx), is electronically attached in the Attachments/Links section of this notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office (NCO) 22 is requesting quotes from contractors to provide housing and recuperative care services in community-based facilities. The required services are to be performed within a 15-mile radius of West Los Angeles Veterans Administration Medical Center located at 11301 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90073.

This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single-Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, and the contract period will consist of five one-year ordering periods. Based on the results of market research, an electronic solicitation is now being issued at https://sam.gov/.Â
The VA is soliciting unrestricted competition.
