Description
PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22, intends to solicit for a contractor to provide Contract Emergency Residential Services (CERS) in support of homeless Veterans in the Ventura/Santa Barbara, CA area. The required services are part of the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System s community-based Health Care for Homeless Veterans Contracted Residential Services Program.

This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract period will be a five-year period of performance, with funded task orders awarded for each year. Based on the results of market research, an electronic solicitation may be issued on or about 05/15/2025 at https://sam.gov.Â

This will be an unrestricted solicitation to all businesses (large and small) using competitive procedures.
