FYI NOTICE TO RESIDENTS – Ordinance 2738-26:

Please be advised that the Millburn Township Committee has adjourned the scheduled public hearing and adoption date of for Ordinance No. 2738-26, entitled “Repealing Resolution 20-035 Permanently Disbanding and Dissolving CEDA and Creating Section 2-40 of the Millburn Township Code to and Creating the Cultural Diversity Committee,” which was originally scheduled for public hearing on March 17, 2026. At that meeting, the Township Committee adjourned the public hearing to now take place at the April 7, 2026 Township Committee meeting which begins at 7PM at the Millburn Education Center located at 434 Millburn Avenue, Millburn.
