Each bid must include the following:
1. Bid Form with pricing for each location and line-item scope
2. Contractor Information:
- Company name, address, and primary contact
- Copy of business license
- Proof of insurance (general liability, workers’ compensation)
- List of subcontractors (if applicable)
- Project manager and superintendent qualifications
3. Project Schedule including estimated start and completion dates
4. References for at least three comparable projects completed within the past five years.

Special Requirements:

All work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local codes, as well as industry standards for workmanship, safety, and materials.

Sealed bids will be received at the City of Douglas City Hall, 302 South Madison

Ave., Douglas, Georgia, up to January 20, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. The bids will be

publicly opened and read at the City of Douglas Council Chambers for the

purchase of the following:

FY'26 WW2 AIRPORT BUILDINGS IMPROVEMENTS - BID#66812-26-0011

The City of Douglas reserves the right to accept the lowest, most acceptable bid

and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. No late bids will be

accepted.

The City of Douglas reserves the right to waive any technicalities or irregularities

so that an award can be made in the best interest of the city.
