FY2026 WATER WORKS SUPPLIES

The Town of Yarmouth is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors for the supply and delivery of FY2026 Water Works Supplies, in accordance with the specifications set forth in the Invitation for Bids (IFB). The total contract value shall not exceed $200,000.00.

This procurement is conducted pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30B, §5, and all bidders are advised to familiarize themselves with the requirements of this statute.

The supplies provided under this contract will be used by the Town’s Water Department for the construction, maintenance, and repair of water and wastewater infrastructure. All items must meet or exceed applicable AWWA (American Water Works Association) standards.

The IFB and related documents will be available for download on or after 10:00 a.m. on May 20, 2025, from the Town of Yarmouth’s “Doing Business” webpage at: https://www.yarmouth.ma.us/bids.aspx

Sealed bids must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on June 3, 2025, at the following address:

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately following the submission deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided in the IFB package. Submissions on alternate forms will be rejected as non-responsive.

The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities, and award the contract deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
