FY26 UPS Replacements

The State of Ohio, Department of Administrative (DAS), Office of First Responder Communications, Multi-Agency Radio Communication System (MARCS), is requesting quotes to replace 57 uninterrupted power supply (UPS) units and 54 battery modules (9 sites require 6 battery modules = 9 sites x 6 batteries = 54 batteries total) in 66 different MARCS Tower Site Shelters.

No substitutions are permitted. See attached specification documents.

Please be sure to include the state contract number in the contract column of the grid, if applicable.

Completion of the grid is required and will be considered as part of the response for evaluation.

The State Standard Terms and Conditions apply to this solicitation.  No additional terms and conditions will be accepted.

Selection will be based on the highest score per the attached scoring criteria. Quote must be valid for at least 1 year from submission date.

Consideration will ONLY be given to suppliers that can supply the required UPS units listed in the RFQ to all appropriate sites.  Please note substitute brands will NOT be excepted.

DAS may execute a written contract with the awarded supplier.

All responders to this solicitation must be fully registered as a Supplier to do business with the State of Ohio.  Please follow all steps below to be fully registered.

At its sole discretion, DAS may renew the contract for up to two additional one-year term(s) subject to the satisfactory performance of the selected supplier and the needs of the State.
