FY25 UPS Replacement

This is reposted with requied documents to be attahced in the questionnaire section along with filling out the grid as usual.
The State of Ohio, Department of Administration (DAS), Multi-Agency Radio Communication System (MARCS) Services, is requesting quotes for uninterrupted power supply (UPS) replacement units in 51 different MARCS Tower Site Shelters.

Please be sure to include the state contract number in the contract column of the grid, if applicable.

Completion of the grid is required and will be considered the response for evaluation.  No outside/additional documentation will be considered.

The State Standard Terms and Conditions apply to this solicitation.  No additional terms and conditions will be accepted.

Consideration will ONLY be given to suppliers that can supply the required UPS units listed in the RFQ to all appropriate sites.  Please note substitute brands will NOT be excepted.

DAS may execute a written contract with the awarded supplier.

All responders to this solicitation must be fully registered as a Supplier to do business with the State of Ohio.  To register as a Supplier, navigate to https://ohiobuys.ohio.gov and click the OhioBuys Log In and follow the instructions to sign in or create an account.

In addition, where applicable, all Suppliers must have a current Affirmative Action Plan Verification (AAPV) on file with the State.  For additional information regarding the AAPV requirements visit:  https://development.ohio.gov/business/construction-compliance/affirmative-action-program.

Suppliers must be properly registered with the Ohio Secretary of State.

The Department of Administrative Services Contract will  require a signature by the selected supplier and an Affirmative and Disclosure must be submitted and approved.

Selection will be based on the highest score per the attached scoring criteria.

Quote must be valid through January 31, 2025.
