This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.
This solicitation is issued as an RFQ - 36C24825Q0078. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-07 published in the Federal Register August 29, 2024.
This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and all eligible vendors are encouraged to submit proposals. To be eligible for award the contractors must be Verified in the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) ( https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ ) at the time of the close of the RFQ and at the time of award and be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of award.
The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339950, with a small business size standard of 500 Employees.

The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center - 7305 North Military Trail - West Palm Beach, FL 33410-6400 is seeking to purchase Updated Exterior Signage.
SITE VISIT: There will be a site visit for this project. All interested vendors should refer to the included Statement of Work and attachments.
Quote shall be valid 90 days from the close of this solicitation.

No further questions will be accepted after that date and time. Questions will be answered in one amendment.
