FY2026 TRANSPORTATION AND DISPOSAL OF SLUDGE CAKE

The Town of Yarmouth, as the Awarding Authority, is inviting interested parties to submit bids to provide Transportation and Disposal of Sludge Cake. This Invitation for Bids (IFB) seeks to establish a contract with a qualified vendor to serve as the Town’s primary provider for sludge cake transportation and disposal services.

Sealed bids will be accepted at the Office of the Town Administrator, Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664, until 3:00 p.m. on June 10, 2025. Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly labeled:

FY2026 TRANSPORTATION AND DISPOSAL OF SLUDGE CAKE

The contract will begin on July 1, 2025, and run through June 30, 2026, with two additional one-year renewal options at the sole discretion of the Town. The estimated value of the contract is $350,000.00 per year, with a maximum potential total value of $1,050,000.00 over three years.

All bids must be submitted using the forms provided in the IFB package. Bids submitted on alternate forms will be rejected without consideration.

The Town of Yarmouth reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive informalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Town in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws.
