FY26 Traffic Control Flagger Services

Project Description: The Procurement Office on behalf of the Department of Public Works is soliciting bids from qualified Traffic Control Flagger services for multiple construction projects in accordance with Chapter 30B, Massachusetts General Law. The contract offered is for the period of 12 months, with Two (2) One (1) year options at the sole discretion of the Town. The contract value is not to exceed $1,000,000 per year with the total not to exceed value of $3,000,000. The Barnstable Police Department has first right of refusal for these services. Only when police details are not available will this On Call Contract will be used to supplement the control/flagging services. All contracts must be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of this Invitation for Bid and MGL30B. Multiple awards may be made at the sole discretion of the Town.
