The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Caribbean Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office 8 intends to negotiate a contract restricting competition under the authority of FAR Part 12 Deviation Guidance and FAR Overhaul 12.102(a). and fats), as well as the replacement of micronutrients (electrolytes, minerals,

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
