Title Search Services For ODNR - Division of Oil & Gas Resources Management:
This Agreement is intended to enable ODNR to identify the surface owners of the tracts (as defined in R.C. 1509.91(J)) of real property on which oil and gas wells are located (“Subject Tract” or “Subject Tracts”) and to identify each person owning a right or interest in oil or gas mineral interests of the Subject Tract to plug wells pursuant to R.C. 1509.071. This Agreement is also intended to enable ODNR to identify persons holding liens on, or security interests in, any equipment appurtenant to the oil and gas wells.
