FY25 365th TRS Alpha Warrior Quad Bunker

Amendment 7 (05/12/2025):

The purpose of this Amendment is to provide updates to Rubber Flooring specifications in the Statement of Work (SOW) - please see changes to the Minimum Required Specifications and Specific Requirements included in *Updated Attachment 2 - SOW Quad Bunker 2025. Additionally, the RFQ submission date has been extended from 10:00AM CDT on Wednesday, 14 May 2025 to 10:00AM CDT on Friday, 16 May 2025 due to these updates made to the SOW.

The purpose of this Amendment is to provide Questions and Answers (Part 2) - please see Attachment 5 - Questions and Answers (Part 2), as well as extend the RFQ submission date from 10:00AM CDT on Wednesday, 7 May 2025 to 10:00AM CDT on Wednesday, 14 May 2025 due to the delay in getting submitted questions answered.

The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the RFQ submission date from 10:00AM CDT on Thursday, 3 April 2025 to 10:00AM CDT on Thursday, 17 April 2025 due to the delay in getting submitted questions answered.

Amendment 2 (3/24/25):

The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the RFQ submission date from 10:00AM CDT on Monday, 24 March 2025 to 10:00AM CDT on Thursday, 3 April 2025 due to the delay in getting submitted questions answered.

Additionally, the primary contracting officer is changing from Casey Adams, casey.adams.10@us.af.mil to Carri Dulaney, carri.dulaney@us.af.mil.

Amendment 1 (3/13/25):

The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the RFQ submission date from 10:00AM CDT, Wednesday,19 March 2025 to 10:00AM CDT on Monday, 24 March 2025.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide 365th TRS Alpha Warrior Quad Bunker at Sheppard AFB, Texas. Please refer to the SOW for a detailed description and salient characteristics of the commodity sought in this solicitation. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

The solicitation number is # FA302025Q0015 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ” for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation, FA302025Q0015, and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments.

Questions may be submitted to the POC and Contracting Officer listed above no later than 1000 hours (10:00AM) CDT on Wednesday, 12 March 2025. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered.

Quotes in response to this solicitation must be submitted via email to the POC and Contracting Officer listed below no later than 1000 hours (10:00AM) CDT on Friday, 16 May 2025 (the established deadline).

Quotes must be valid until 30 September 2025.

All price quotations must be submitted via the above table. Separate quotes on company letterhead can be provided for supplemental information, but all technical submissions must be submitted on a separate document.

*Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Delivery is required within One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after the award of the contract.
