FY 2025 Street Maintenance and Rehabilitation Project

The City of Berkeley is advertising FY 2025 Street Maintenance and Rehabilitation Project, Specification No. 25-11690-C. Bids will be received at the General Services Division of the Finance Department of the City of Berkeley, 2180 Milvia Street, 3rd Floor, Berkeley, CA 94704 until 2:00 PM on March 6, 2025.

The Engineer’s estimate for the work is $13,200,000.

The work done under these specifications includes but is not limited to: tree removal, traffic control, adjustment of survey monument and utility boxes, frames, and covers, protection of underground utility services (e.g., gas, water, sewer, electrical, telecom), concrete sidewalk, concrete driveways, concrete valley gutter, concrete curb, curb, and gutter, curb ramps, storm drain infrastructure improvements, asphalt concrete removal and paving, crack sealing, microsurfacing, traffic striping, traffic signage installation, and curb painting.
