Description:
The Work comprises, but is not limited to: mobilization; traffic control; selective 2-inch grind and 2-inch AC overlay; 2-inch full-width grind and 2-inch AC overlay; 5-foot wide tapered grind (0.00 - 1.5"-depth); adjustment of utility manhole and water valve can covers as necessary; restoration of striping; pavement markings/ markers; and legends, removal of existing brick patterned crosswalks and replace with 4-inch AC and 4-inch C.A.B.; new yellow ladder higher visibility crosswalk pavement markings, in the various residential streets in Chino Hills.

Qualifications:

The Contractor shall possess a valid Class A license at the time of submitting bids.
|

Special Requirements:

10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. It shall be mandatory, upon the contractor to whom the contract is awarded, and upon any subcontractor under him, to pay not less than the prevailing rate of wages as established by the City Council as they apply to the work being performed. Said prevailing rates are available from the State of California Department of Industrial Relations website (**See link under Description).
