Project Description: The City of Sandy Springs is seeking a qualified contractor for the FY26 Sidewalk Cleaning project to power wash and clean approximately 240,273 linear feet of concrete sidewalks and related surfaces ensuring the removal of stains and debris, while adhering to safety and environmental regulations. The project must be completed within 180 calendar days, with all work self-performed, and the contractor must comply with city permits, traffic control standards, and submit a bi-weekly schedule of activities.
