NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO CEPHEID, 904 CARIBBEAN DR, SUNNYVALE, CA 94089 for Short Term Emergency Contract for Molecular Random Access Analyzer, Cepheid GeneXpert Infinity Reagents and Consumables, 10 Casia Rd, San Juan, PR 00921. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The current Federal Acquisition Circular is 2025-02 dated 01/03/2025.
