FY26 Roofing and Exterior Envelope Repair and Maintenance Task Order

The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, by and on the behalf of Albany State University is seeking the services of highly qualified Roofing and Exterior Envelope Repair and Maintenance Contractors (¿Contractor¿) for roof maintenance, replacements and exterior envelope projects for various ASU facilities and locations.
More than one Contractor may be selected for a one-year term from the date of award, with the possibility of four (1) one-year renewals for up to 4 years (total contract of 5 years), to be a provider under a Task Order contract. The Contractors selected under this procurement will work through the ASU Facilities Department to provide maintenance and repair services, roof replacements and exterior envelopment components including waterproofing.
The Contractor will be required to work with ASU Facilities to develop and deliver contract documents for one or more of following delivery methods: Task Order, CM at Risk, Design Bid Build, Letter Bid, and Direct Award. Projects assigned to the successful Contractors may be small repairs to complete reroof or envelope structural waterproofing and window repair and/or replacements of existing facilities with $5,000 - $500,000 in construction costs.
The total under a single Task Order Contract will not exceed total Fees of $500,000 for any single Task Order contract in any single year for which the contract is in force. The size of the projects will vary and Albany State Unviersity in no way guarantees any percentage of this fee will be awarded for any single Task Order contract. Project work will be located on ASU's main campus and satellite locations located in Albany, Georgia and Cordele, Georgia.
A project description is provided in the Request for Qualifications document. A pre-solicitation visit will be conducted by the Owner, and attendance of firms wishing to be considered for award is mandatory. Details are provided on the Prerequisites tab. Albany State University will select several qualified firms from the response submittals, request additional regarding project team composition, conduct interviews, rank the finalists, and begin contract discussions with the selected firm(s).
