he Town of Hartford is requesting proposals for summer/fall 2025 and spring 2026 road reclamation and paving projects. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Hartford Town Manager’s office, Hartford Town Hall (2 ^nd floor), in a clearly marked envelope “Paving Bids” no later than 12:30 pm on 7/11/2025 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
