Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Hartford Town Manager’s office, Hartford Town Hall (2 nd floor), in a clearly marked envelope “Paving Bids” no later than 12:30 pm on 7/11/2025 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
