FY 2026 Resurfacing

The City of Amesbury is inviting bids for the following project; Resurfacing Kimball Road, Lions Mouth Road, Paige Farm Road and Woodman Road, the project is to be funded with available Chapter 90 funds. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as, Pavement - Surfacing, for the project with an estimated value of $751,375 will be required.

Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of certified check or bid bond issued by a responsible bank or trust company licensed to do business in the state of Massachusetts in the amount of 5% of the total bid.

Bids must be submitted by mail or in-person delivery only to Administration and Finance, 62 Friend Street, Amesbury, MA 01913 no later than Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at 10:00 AM, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read. Any bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Bids submitted by email, fax, or any other method will not be accepted.
