CITY OF LATHROP REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

FOR FY 2025/2026 RECREATION REGISTRATION SOFTWARE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The City of Lathrop requests proposals for FY 2025/2026 Recreation Registration Software Managment System, in the City of Lathrop, California.  Proposals will be received at the office of Parks and Recreation, located at 390 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA until 3:00 PM, THURSDAY, OCTOBER 30, 2025.  ATTN: MELISSA STATHAKOPOULOS, PARKS AND RECREATION MANAGER.

The services to be performed by the successful proposer(s) are described in the Request for Proposals which is included herein.  Request for Proposals are available from the City website:  Bids and RFPs | City of Lathrop CA.

Proposals shall be submitted and clearly marked as follows: “Sealed Proposal for Recreation Registration Software Management System" – DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL”

All responsive proposals shall be reviewed and evaluated by the City in order to determine which proposer best meets the City’s needs by demonstrating the competence and professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the required services.  The criteria by which the City shall evaluate Proposals are set forth in the RFP.

The City Reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals or waive any irregularities in the Proposal, the RFP or the proposal process.
