If at the time of the scheduled bid opening, the designated site is unavailable due
to circumstances beyond the control of the North Middlesex Regional School
District, the bid opening will be automatically postponed (with or without notice
to potential bidders) until 1:00 pm at the same location on the next normal
business day.

Request for Proposal
RFP #FY26-924 North Middlesex Paving Project
The North Middlesex Regional School District seeks proposals from
qualified vendors to undertake and perform paving work at Varnum
Brook Elementary School in Pepperell, MA, and Hawthorne Brook
Middle School in Townsend, MA.
Separate Price and Non-Price Proposals pursuant to M.G.L c.30B s.6 are
required. Proposals must be in sealed envelopes plainly marked on the outside:
"RFP #FY26-924 North Middlesex Paving Project" and delivered to the North
Middlesex Regional School District,ATT: Nancy Haines at 19 Main Street,
Townsend, MA 01469, no later than 1:00 pm Local Time, Friday, May 22, 2026.
If at the time of the scheduled bid opening, the designated site is unavailable due

There is a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on Friday, May 8, 2026 located
at Varnum Brook Elementary School, 10 Hollis St, Pepperell, at 10:00 am,
and Hawthorne Brook Middle School, 64 Brookline St, Townsend,
immediately following. All questions should be submitted before May 15,
2026 at 4pm. Any responses to questions will be issued in an amendment
to the RFP.
The North Middlesex Regional School District reserves the right to accept
or reject any and all proposals, in part or in whole, should it be in the
public interest to do so. This contract will be awarded to a responsible and
responsive vendor offering the most advantageous proposal in accordance
with Massachusetts General Law c.30B s.6.
