FY26-923 Request for Proposal - Food Services

Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30B, §6, the North Middlesex Regional School District is soliciting sealed separately submitted price and non-price proposals for a FOOD SERVICE OPERATION & MANAGEMENT CONTRACT for the school district until Monday, March 23, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. local time. Separate Price and Non-Price Proposals pursuant to M.G.L c.30B s.6 are required. “Price” and “Non-Price” Proposals must be in sealed envelopes plainly marked on the outside: “RFP #FY26-923 Food Service Management Company” and delivered to the North Middlesex Regional School District, ATT: Nancy Haines at 19 Main Street, Townsend, MA 01469, no later than 1:00 p.m. Local Time, Monday March 23, 2026. If at the time of the scheduled bid opening, the designated site is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of the North Middlesex Regional School District, the bid opening will be automatically postponed (with or without notice to potential bidders) until 1:00PM at the same location on the next normal business day. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on February 25, 2026 at 1:00pm. There will be an option tour of buildings after this meeting. All questions should be submitted in writing before March 4, 2026 at 4:00pm Any responses to questions will be issued in an amendment to the RFP.
