Notice is hereby given that the CITY OF STARKVILLE, will receive SEALED BIDS for the potential purchase of the following:

The bid container must be SEALED and marked “Refuse Bags, Due Monday, October 27, 2025 at 10:00 A.M.”. Additionally, the bidder’s name and return address must appear on the outside of the bid container.

No bid shall be withdrawn after the scheduled date and time of the opening without written consent of the City of Starkville. Within the limitations of the state law, the City of Starkville reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bid received, or accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to the City.
