FY 2027-2031 REAL PROPERTY VALUATION UPDATE PROGRAM

The Town of Yarmouth, acting through its Town Administrator and Chief Procurement Officer, hereby requests the submission of proposals from qualified and experienced professional appraisal firms to provide services for the:

FY 2027-2031 REAL PROPERTY VALUATION UPDATE PROGRAM

Services include providing annual interim adjustments and a full revaluation of all taxable real property in the Town in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 59 and the requirements of the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, including sales analysis, valuation modeling, and certification support.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) documents may be examined and obtained on the Town of Yarmouth Website, Doing Business page at https://www.yarmouth.ma.us/bids.aspx beginning February 17, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.

Proposals must be submitted in two (2) separately sealed envelopes (Technical Proposal and Price Proposal) and received at the Office of the Town Administrator, Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664, no later than 3:00 p.m. on March 5, 2026.
