Project Description: The Procurement Office for the Town of Barnstable on behalf of the Assessing Department is soliciting responses from qualified firms to provide specified services under the supervision and oversight of the Assessing Department for FY25 Real Property Update in the Town of Barnstable to update all Real Property for Fiscal Years 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030. A five (5) year contract is being offered for these services, subject to the approval of the Town Council. The continuation of the contract beyond the current fiscal year is subject to the appropriation of funding for this purpose.
