FY 2027 Real Property and/or Personal Property Data Update Services

RFP# 26-1011

The Town of Wayland invites proposals for the provisions of Real Property and/or Personal Property Data Update Services for Fiscal Year 2027, with Town options for the subsequent two (2) fiscal years. All RFP documents will be available starting November 24, 2025 by downloading them at www.wayland.ma.us/bids . Proposals must be submitted in person at the Town Manager’s Office, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA 01778 before January 12, 2026 at 1:00PM. In accordance with M.G.L. c. 30B, § 6(d) the technical proposal and price proposal must be submitted separately. Additional information can be found in the complete RFP. The Town of Wayland reserve the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.
