Summary
This is to solicit a vendor to supply pest control services 12 times per year. ACVCC intends to establish a multi-year agreement up to three years with the maximum contract term to be determined at the time of award based on the awarded pricing and anticipated usage. The supplier shall maintain consistency in pricing, products, services, specifications, and all contract deliverables throughout the entire term of the contract. Under no circumstances shall the cumulative value of the agreement exceed Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000). The contract will be reviewed by both parties and renewed annually.
