INVITATION FOR BIDS

TOWN OF KINGSTON

FY27 ON-CALL PAVING CONTRACT

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 30, Section 39M of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (M.G.L. c. 30, §39M), sealed bids for the construction of the FY27 ON-CALL PAVING CONTRACT project will be received by the Town of Kingston, MA, the Awarding Authority, at the website of Projectdog.com, until 11:00 A.M. local time on Thursday, June 18, 2026, immediately after which the bids will be published online.

Prospective Bidders shall be prequalified in accordance with 720 CMR 5.00, “Prequalification of Contractors”. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as, “Pavement Surfacing”, for the project with an estimated value of $841,000 will be required.
