FY 2026 On-Call Disaster Recovery & Emergency Services

Project Description: Beaufort-Jasper Water & Sewer Authority (BJWSA) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide priority on-call, multi-award disaster recovery and priority emergency services for damaged water and wastewater facilities located within Beaufort and Jasper Counties, South Carolina.
Services may be required as a result of hurricanes, flooding, severe storms, infrastructure failures, or other natural or man-made disasters. BJWSA seeks contractors capable of rapid mobilization, emergency response, and compliance with all applicable regulatory and funding requirements, including FEMA Public Assistance. Services may also be required for emergency response and repairs not associated with natural or man-made disasters. Selected firms will be added to the top of the re-enter list for Beaufort County.
BJWSA intends to make multiple awards under this RFP. Contracts shall be on-call and task-order based with an initial term of five (5) years, subject to annual reviews and satisfactory performance. No minimum amount of work is guaranteed.
