FY27 ON CALL ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES BPS

Project Description: Request for Qualifications for On Call Architectural Design Services for Barnstable Public Schools from qualified Architectural, Engineering and Architectural/Engineering firms licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for a potential three (3) year contract. Professional services needed for various renovation and construction projects including but not limited to flooring, mechanical upgrades, windows, structural engineering, interior and exterior renovations and demolition projects for multiple projects funded under the Town’s capital program. The awarded firms will be responsible for all associated services required for the complete design, construction bid document specifications, and construction administration as assigned and authorized for projects. A three (3) year contract for these on-call services is being offered. Types of firms that may consider submitting qualifications include but are not limited to: Architectural and Engineering firms with appropriate sub-consultants for various disciplines AND specialized engineering firms for HVAC/Electrical/Mechanical/Structural.
