Description

The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES), Central Purchasing Division, is seeking responses on behalf of the Oklahoma State Department of Health, Oklahoma National Background Check Program (ONBCP) from potential Suppliers to provide a contract for Hosting, Technical Support, and Maintenance of the Oklahoma Screening and Registry Employee Evaluation Network (OK-SCREEN), UAT, and production platforms.

OK-SCREEN provides a system tailored to the needs of the OSDH for the process and review of an applicant’s national criminal history background, required for employment in accordance with Oklahoma Long-Term Care Security Act 63 O.S. § 1-1944 et seq. The web portal is utilized by OSDH, the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, Oklahoma Veterans Administration, and Oklahoma licensed Long-Term Care employers in the state, for the purpose of completing the required registry checks and submitting data for a national criminal history background check to be completed for potential employees, pursuant to the Long-Term Care Security Act 63 O.S. § 1-1944 et seq., 63 O.S. § 1-1947 et seq., 63 O.S. § 1-1950 et seq. A Contract resulting from this Solicitation may be designated for use as a Statewide Contract.
