The purpose of this amendment is to:

A. Re-open and Extend Solicitation FA441826Q0098 to reflect a closing date of 29 Sep 2026 at 1200 PM EDT as a result of this amendment.

B. Dissolve the 100% small business set-aside and change the solicitation to be competed on an unrestricted basis utilizing full and open competition under NAICS 811310.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The purpose of this amendment is to:

A. Change the suspense date for submission of offers from 12:00PM EDT 21 Sept 26 to 24 Sept 26 12:00 PM EDT.

The Nuclear Power Training Unit (NPTU) requires a major maintenance overhaul of its High-Pressure Air (AHP) System to maintain operational reliability, readiness, and mission support. To sustain critical operations, the multi-stage AHP compressors require an 8,000-hour major overhaul, encompassing complete teardown, component replacement, tolerance verification, and re-certification.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, certified replacement parts, tooling, and test equipment necessary to execute the 8,000-hour major overhaul on the designated AHP compressors. All maintenance, inspections, and re-certification procedures shall be performed strictly in accordance with Maintenance Requirement Card (MRC) AHP-R-2 (Rev 3) (Attachment 02). Maintenance actions must be phased to ensure continuous, redundant compressor availability throughout the period of performance.
