Summary

NODC is looking to improve an outdoor area, near a pond, to create a therapeutic and serene atmosphere.

Posted for a 2nd round, due to a discrepency in the 1st round on the site date and time. If you attended the first site visit, you do not have to visit again. However, you must submit your quote to the 2nd round.

Process

Bidder is required to complete the "Item Grid" and attach an electronic copy of their proposal to this solicitation in OhioBuys.  Quotes must be valid for a minimum of 90 days.

A site visit is required to view the exact scope of work, at which time potential bidders may review the current area for the scope of work. If you attended the first site visit, you do not have to visit again. However, you must submit your quote to the 2nd round.

The site visit will be conducted at Northwest Ohio Developmental Center
Site Visit Date: Wednesday, April 30, 2025
Site Visit Time: 11:30 am – 1:30 pm

Bidder must be registered with The Office of Budget & Management (OBM) and have received a payee/supplier ID. If unsure, you can verify at https://ohiopays.ohio.gov/ .

Bids will be evaluated, and the contract for services will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the agency.
